On arrival

On arrival at Balmacara Lodge tea and coffee will be served with home baked cakes to help you unwind after your journey. If it is cold and damp you may prefer a bowl of home made soup served with home made bread.

Breakfast Menu

Choose from a selection of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit served with natural yoghurt, breakfast muffins and porridge. ( Porridge is served with cream and honey or with whisky. It is also made to order so please relax with a cup of tea or coffee)

Cooked breakfast – Please choose from the following:

bacon, sausage, grilled tomato, hash brown, mushrooms, baked beans and egg (fried, scrambled or poached)

Isle of Skye Smokehouse kipper fillets served with homemade brown bread and butter

Smoked salmon with cream cheese served with Scottish oatcakes or scrambled egg

(Vegetarian Option) Hash brown, grilled tomato, mushrooms, baked beans and egg (fried, scrambled or poached)

A selection of homemade bread toasted or croissants served with local jam and marmalade

As much tea and coffee as you like

Breakfast is made using ingredients from local Scottish produce
